- For orders to the US, packages whose declared value is under $800 will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork or charges. - Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags and jewelry boxes must be included with your return to receive a full refund.
- Accepted returns can only be credited to the original payment method or we can offer exchanges.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- If you would like to exchange sizes, you'll need to place a new order for the size that you need and return your original order, as unfortunately we're unable to put stock on hold.
- If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform us within 4 days from the date you received it, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a photo and description of the fault and we will arrange a return for a refund or replacement product.
- Items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
- Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your return.
- Make sure your items are securely wrapped in the materials they were delivered in.
- Any returns made must be sent via tracked delivery.
- You will receive an email when your return has been processed. Please allow 3 working days for your return to be processed after we have received it. Once we receive the returned item(s) then a refund will be issued to your original payment method - refunds to a credit or debit card can take up to 5 working days.
