Shipping & Returns


  • We only ship to Europe, US, & Canada.
  • Estimated delivery time is between 5-7 days.
  • Shipping is done by DHL or GLS.
  • You will be sent a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.
  • A signature will be required upon receiving the package.  
  • For orders outside of the EU, there may be additional taxes and duties payable upon receipt.
  • Custom duty is not applied on items sold within the EU, so no additional fee will be incurred.
  • For orders to the US, packages whose declared value is under $800 will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork or charges.   • Duties and taxes may apply on import. We are not responsible for any taxes and/or customs incurred on your end during receipt.  Please contact local customs prior to purchase for additional custom tax or duty information.

  • Please note, we do not offer free returns.
  • Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags and jewelry boxes must be included with your return to receive a full refund.
  • Accepted returns can only be credited to the original payment method or we can offer exchanges.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded. 
  • If you would like to exchange sizes, you'll need to place a new order for the size that you need and return your original order, as unfortunately we're unable to put stock on hold.
  • If the item is faulty when you receive it, please inform us within 4 days from the date you received it, via email to Please include a photo and description of the fault and we will arrange a return for a refund or replacement product. 
  • Items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

  2. Make sure your items are securely wrapped in the materials they were delivered in.
  3. Any returns made must be sent via tracked delivery.
  4. You will receive an email when your return has been processed. Please allow 3 working days for your return to be processed after we have received it. Once we receive the returned item(s) then a refund will be issued to your original payment method - refunds to a credit or debit card can take up to 5 working days.
